WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR ONLINE THERAPY with Kirilly
Setting
Like with face to face therapy, counselling with Kirilly is confidential, non-judgmental, safe
and client centred.
The main difference with online therapy is that you will be in control of
the physical setting and safety. To do this you will need to ensure that:
You have a safe, quiet, private space to work from, that is * free from interruptions * and
a good Wi-Fi connection

Art Supplies-It can be beneficial to have pen and paper on hand for doodling or taking notes,
if you feel inspired and coloured pens/ pencils/ pastels and some art paper is great too, so
that simple art therapy is a possibility. Pastels and art paper are highly recommended.

Kirilly is typically at time-zone +7hrs and is available Mon-Fri.
