You will want to come:

With a little piece of Heaven, wanting to be realised through YOU!
Possibly by way of a DREAM – VISION – GOAL – CALLING – INSPIRATION that can be concretised into form or realised in no uncertain terms
You will need to provide your own:
- Learning container
- a comfortable and well-resourced study space that you can meditate in
- ensure that for first 30 mins of workshop time that you will not be interrupted.
- sacred space – for your daily practice. Ideally this is a ‘consecrated’ space, that is only used for your daily practice / spiritual practice and may have an alter (no matter how humble/ simple) as the centrepiece. We will talk more about temenos (sacred space) in the first workshop sessions. You will have time to get this space ready for yourself before the daily practice begins!
- a strong Wi-Fi connection
- (optional) a headset with a microphone
- Journal/s to make it through 9 weeks of journaling!
- (optional) Art Supplies- colour pens, pastels, art paper, collage materials to enhance your journaling & story-telling experience.
- (optional) Voice recording / Video making means (smart phone will do) and some basic editing skills to enhance your journaling & story telling experience
You will want to take care:
of yourself and be mindful of others journey, so as to interact with but not interfere
to follow, ‘The 4 Agreements’. If you don’t already know and love, ‘The 4 Agreements’, I highly recommend that you look them up online (NB: I recommend taking long baths whilst listening to the audio book) and let ‘The 4 Agreements’ be your guide to conduct in the workshop and community forum:

You will receive:
27 workshop hours, with guided practices, teachings and instructions for skills development
A video tutorial on how to navigate the website/ community forum space, sent via email
Ongoing 24/7 community forum support, throughout the 9-week development program
NB: Kirilly will be participating in the community forum as well, with regular hours and be able to answer questions and share in discussions.
Replays of the workshops will be available in the community forum within hours of the workshop ending
